Nadine Maleski Esq. specializes in arbitration of divorce and family law matters. She was trained by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Having Practiced Family Law since 1990, Nadine was an approved Mediator Mentor, chaired the Juvenile Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and served as chair of the Vicinage Fee Arbitration Committee. Nadine was voted a Super Lawyer for many years and was a Top Attorney in New Jersey, as shown in the New Jersey Monthly Magazine.* She earned her Certification as a Matrimonial Law Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2006, and was re-certified in 2011, 2017 and 2022.

Nadine has tried, arbitrated, mediated and collaboratively settled countless family law and domestic violence matters involving issues of divorce, wealth preservation through asset division with attention to tax implications, alimony, child support, removal of children from the State of New Jersey, equitable distribution, business and other asset valuation and division, palimony, annulment, premarital agreements, appeals, custody, parenting time, college expenses, marital torts such as assault, battery, conversion, emotional distress, domestic partnerships and civil unions.

Nadine also held a Certification as a Civil Trial Attorney from January 1998 to November 2010 after numerous trials of medical malpractice, commercial disputes, Tort Claims, FELA, auto, and other personal injury claims. She taught trial practice at Seton Hall Law School from 2001 to 2006 and civil litigation torts at Raritan Valley Community College in 2012 as an Adjunct Professor. Nadine served four years on the Vicinage XIII Fee Arbitration Committee, the last year as Chair. She served four years on the Hunterdon/Warren/Somerset Ethics Committee, the last year as Chair. She was formerly a partner and practice group leader at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter, LLP. Nadine is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Educational Advancement (CEA), Anderson House and Alfre, Inc.

Nadine graduated from the University of Vermont and Rutgers Law School-Newark. She was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and the related federal courts in 1986 and to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998. From 1986 to 1990, she served as trial attorney in the Essex County Office of the Public Defender adult region, where she tried to verdict numerous criminal matters such as murder, robbery, rape, RICO and Death Penalty actions.

Nadine Maleski, Esq. has appeared frequently as a panelist at Early Settlement Panels (ESP) in Hunterdon and Somerset County Superior Courts in the Chancery Division - Family Part. She was invited to participate in the American Bar Association People to People Delegation to Vietnam, Cambodia and Cuba and there, participated in dialogues on the world-wide practice of Family Law. Adam was admitted to practice in 2007 and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney in the area of family law and is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Adam was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in 2016 and has been a Super Lawyer since 2019*. Adam has devoted the majority of his practice to Family Law, including divorce, dissolution, and all issues therein, including: alimony, child support, custody, parenting time, post-judgment applications for modification, domestic violence hearings, valuation of assets and debt, income determination, equitable distribution and prenuptial agreements.

Adam is a Family Law Mediator and previously served as a court-approved mediator for Special Civil matters during his time as a judicial law clerk. Adam is also trained as a Collaborative Divorce Attorney and regularly volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Philosophy and graduated cum laude from Boston University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was the recipient of a Dean's Scholarship and the CALI Award for Intellectual Property. Adam also served as an editor of the University of Pittsburgh's Law Review Journal.

While attending law school he was an extern for the Honorable Donald E. Machen in the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division in Pittsburgh, PA . Following his graduation from law school he served as a judicial law clerk for Honorable Stephen B. Rubin in the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division in Hunterdon County.

Katarzyna A. Zielinski, Esq., former President of the Hunterdon County Bar Association, specializes in Family Law. She is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Attorney and is experienced in all areas of matrimonial litigation including divorce, custody, parenting time, equitable distribution, domestic violence, alimony, child support, prenuptial agreements and adoptions, as well as post-judgment issues including modification of support obligations, cohabitation and enforcement of divorce agreements.  Kasia is a zealous advocate for her clients and has concluded matters both through litigation and trials as well as settlement through tough negotiations, arbitrations, mediations and collaborative divorce. 

Kasia provides the unique service to the Polish community in that she was born in Poland and speaks Polish fluently.

She is a former president of the Hunterdon County Bar Association, where she sat as a board member from 2014 to 2022.  She actively participates in several committees including: Family Practice, Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments, Law Day/Court Night, Membership/New Layers (which she co-chairs), Nominating, and Awards & Scholarship Oversight. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Kasia is a trained divorce mediator and a trained collaborative divorce attorney. She continues to volunteer her time as a panelist in Hunterdon County Court's Matrimonial Early Settlement Program, where family law attorneys make recommendations for settlement to parties in litigation.

Kasia has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Federal District Courts of New Jersey since 2008. She has acted as a small claims mediator for the Law Division, in Somerset County and clerked for the Hon. Ann R. Bartlett, J.S.C. in the Family Part, Hunterdon County. Kasia earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law - Newark. There, she worked on a Law Journal founded by the now Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Women's Rights Law Reporter. She received her Bachelor's Degree with high honors from Rutgers University in Political Science and Economics.

Hyun J. Lee, Esq.

Hyun J. Lee, Esq. is experienced in all areas of matrimonial litigation and appellate practice, including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, domestic violence, alimony, child support, Tevis claims, prenuptial and mid-marriage agreements, parenting time, and post-judgment issues. Hyun is a Trained Collaborative Divorce Attorney and a Trained Family Law Mediator. As well, she has experience in civil litigation and municipal criminal law. Hyun is the municipal prosecutor in: Flemington Borough, South Plainfield, Bethlehem Township, Lebanon Borough, Bloomsbury, and Glen Gardner.

Hyun provides a unique service to the Korean community in that she is a native of Seoul, Korea and speaks Korean fluently.

Hyun was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers "Rising Star" from 2016 to 2019 in the area of Family Law*. She served as law clerk to the Honorable Kimarie Rahill, J.S.C. and as senior intern to the United States District Judge Michael A. Joyce E. Harrington

Joyce Harrington has been working in the legal profession for over 35 years. Joyce worked her way through college and attended Newbury Junior College, Somerset County College, and Middlesex County College earning degrees/certificates as Executive Secretary, Professional Legal Secretary, and in Legal Assistant Technology. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, graduating with honors, when her twin daughters were 8 years old.

Joyce was hired for her first full time job by Ruth Russell Gray, Esq., a female pioneer who became an attorney in 1956, who was a family law and general practitioner, as well as a mentor to Joyce and many other women interested in the legal field. Currently, Joyce is employed as a paralegal at Maleski Eisenhut & Zielinski, LLC, and specializes in matrimonial law. She has decades of experience in litigation in the pre-trial stages, at trial and in post-judgment matters. As well, in order to assist parties in their efforts to settle amicably, she successfully completed the Basic Interdisciplinary Collaborative Training in 2009. Collaborative law is a process wherein both parties and attorneys demonstrate a commitment to settle and reach a fair compromise.

She continues her professional training at NJ ICLE, including Divorce Practice, Matrimonial Motion Practice, Family Law Update, Hot Tips in Family Law, Family Law for Paralegals, Family Law Symposium and 2008 Family Law Summer Institute: A Master Class. She was inducted, as one of the first two paralegals, as an Associate Member of Hunterdon County Bar Association in 2009. She attended ABA Section of Family Conference 2012 and completed the Family Law Software training 2013.

Tisa Tzorfas

Therese Tzorfas has more than 30 years of experience as a paralegal and over 20 years as a family law paralegal.  Tisa graduated from Taylor Business Institute in their business administration and paralegal programs.  Her early career began as a legal secretary, and she earned her PLS certification (Professional Legal Secretary) prior to transitioning to paralegal responsibilities. 

For the last 30 years, she has worked in several areas of law, including criminal, civil, municipal and personal injury, while simultaneously handling family law paralegal duties.  During this time Tisa also raised two children, and now enjoys assisting with the care of her adorable grandchild.

Elizabeth Nowacki

Liz has over 8 years experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary and Paralegal. She graduated from Raritan Valley Community College with a degree in Applied Science and later changed career paths to join the legal field. She began working as a Legal Assistant in 2015 and through hard work and perseverance has gained the experience to transition to a paralegal.

Liz previously worked as a police dispatcher for 9 nine years and this has helped prepare her to deal calmly, compassionately and reassuringly with clients who are going through the emotional stress of family litigation.

For the last 8 years, she has worked in several areas of law, including civil, criminal, municpal and real estate; however, most of her time has been dedicated to family law.

In her time away from the office she is raising three beautiful children.

Patricia McNally has more than 20 years of experience as a legal assistant.  She graduated from Katherine Gibbs School of Business as a professional secretary. 

Tricia provides indispensable assistance and support to the firm in all areas.  Her professionalism, compassion and care are indispensable to our team and our clients.  Tricia is also commissioned as a Notary Public and provides notary services.
